THE OPPORTUNITY:
As part of the Administrative team, this Full-Time Seasonal role provides direct support to the Program Administrator, Head Coach and Alpine Director. This is the perfect role for a master multitasker with excellent organization and communication skills, a love for change and an upbeat, positive attitude. This role will provide member-focused professional assistance in person and via phone, mail and email.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Build and maintain relationships with Members, guests, Provincial Sporting Organizations and other employees in a friendly, courteous and co-operative manner while maintaining a calm and helpful attitude.
• Represent Caledon Ski Club to external Clubs and individuals.
• Work collaboratively with other departments in the Club.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Administrators, Head Coach and Alpine Director.
• Provide accurate information to coaches, instructors, athletes and parents as required.
• Maintain documents related to competitive programs such as registrations, entries, records, results and other relevant data.
• General office duties include creating and maintaining communications, events, working with excel, word, PowerPoint, Teams, Team Up, Team Snap and Ski Anywhere, support programming and coordinating events and training as required.
• Support employee onboarding
• Support the development of programming.
• Support the billing process.
QUALIFICATIONS
•
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an executive administrative role preferably in a member-based club or hospitality setting.
• Experience as administrative support to senior management would be an asset.
• Successful completion of a College Diploma in Business Administration or related field would be an asset.
• Advanced proficiency is required in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Jonas, Team Snap and Ski Anywhere would be an asset.
• Ability to perform and communicate in a highly professional and effective manner in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis and/or reasoning.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines with strong judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of Alpine Racing, Freestyle Ski and Snowboarding is an asset.
• Detail oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to execute a range of job duties and changing priorities.
• Possess excellent written communication skills.
• Possess professional maturity and impeccable integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
• September to December, Monday to Friday
• December to April, Wednesday to Sunday
