The Oakville Club



 

The Exchange Ticket program will only be operating on weekdays for the 2021/22 season beginning the week of January 6, 2022, according to Club operating days. 

  • Exchange tickets will not be available on weekends or holidays this season
  • Caledon Members are able to obtain exchange tickets for the following Clubs: Alpine, Beaver Valley, Craigleigh, Devil’s Glen, Georgian Peaks and Osler. 
  • Both Caledon Ski Club and the exchange club must be open on the day of the visit. 
  • Exchange tickets are available only to current, validated badge holding Full Members only (excludes Out-of-Town/University & Trial Membership categories). 

NEW! As of January 1, 2022, Members may reserve their spot for the month of January and as of February 1, 2022 for the month of February.  March dates will be released March 1st with available dates to be confirmed closer to the time.
 
NEW! Requests can be made by emailing memberservices@caledonskiclub.on.ca Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.
 
NEW! The private clubs have worked together and developed a shared program to track exchange tickets, which means you no longer have to pick up a paper copy of an exchange – you simply go to the Club that you booked your exchange ticket for – and be sure you have your valid Caledon badge.  

  • Each Member must wear their validated badge to the club they are visiting.  
  • Exchanges cannot be faxed to other Clubs.  
  • There is a limit of 10 exchanges available per club per day, with the exception of Osler, where the limit is 6 per day.  
  • Members are limited to 2 visits to each club per season. If you are unable to attend, please ensure that you email memberservices@caledonskiclub.on.ca so that they may offer your spot to another Member on the waitlist.
  • Exchanges are not available for instructors, coaches etc. 
  • Exchanges are not permitted for CASI, CSIA, CSCF and all other courses.
