The next increase to the Late Fee portion of registration has been extended from November 22nd to November 29th. That registration period will run from November 29th to December 15th.
Please note that after December 1st, we will not be accepting any registrations ONLINE for the camps that run during Christmas. However, we do have opportunities for your guests to experience our programs during the holiday break. Please login to the website and select MEMBER’S SNOW SCHOOL tab and from the drop-down menu select GUEST PROGRAMS. Copy the link found on that page and send it to your guest. Once they have created their profile they can reach out to the Recreation Admin team at alpine.dev@caledonskiclub.on.ca or 519-927-9975 to register for a program.
After December 15th we will not be accepting online registrations for any of the regular season 8-week programs that begin on January 6th and 7th, 2024. Please note that Trailblazer programs are full for Saturday and Sunday morning programs, as well U7, U8, U10 and YRT programs are full.
We will start booking private lessons for members on December 1st. Please call 519-927-9975 and leave a message if you do not get an answer. Please include the name, gender, age and ability of the student as well as your name and phone number.
Office Hours for the Recreation Administration team at the Main Lodge will be Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm until December 8th. If the Club is open on December 9th and 10th we will be in the office from 8am to 4pm. Our Winter hours begin Wednesday, December 13th. Hours will be 8am to 4pm, Wednesday to Sunday.
Due to the Sun Peaks Coaches Training Camp and Race Camps, the Competitive office will only be able to communicate with you via email beginning Monday November 27th. The office will be staffed for Winter hours beginning Wednesday, December 13th from 8am-4pm.
