In response to the recently mandated capacity reductions in our Lodges and Cafeterias from the Provincial Government and Peel Public Health, we will be reformatting our programs to ensure our Members have the best possible options for their classes/sessions. We will be considering schedules that will allow us to safely and effectively deliver all programs that you have been accustomed to having access to in the past. A new schedule of programs and program registration guidelines will be available in the near future and registration will be delayed until Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
Registration per Member in classes and sessions will be limited to only one-time block per day. Our goal is to provide the same, or similar, amount of time in Competitive programs for participants aged 10 and up. We are considering an altered schedule and amount of time for non-traveling programs such as U8 or Ski Max where necessary. For those programs that are traditionally offered for a half-day, we are considering whether we can offer two or three selections to choose from.
We understand this is a departure from our normal way of operating but this schedule will ensure we are compliant with Provincial and Regional requirements for Lodge and Cafeteria use for our Members and Staff.
Please remember that in order to register in programs your annual dues must be paid in full or you should be in the payment plan. We need one week from the time payment has been accepted to have your account activated to enable registration.
New this season, waivers may only be completed on-line and must be completed prior to registering for programs. When you log in to the website in the coming days, you will be prompted to complete the Club’s annual waiver. A parent may complete the waiver for themselves and each child under the age of 18. Members aged 18 and up, however, must log in to the website to complete their own waiver.
