Over the past several years the Club Board, Committees, and Management, have worked to define a masterplan, called the Community Project. The objectives are focused on allowing the Club to remain successful in a competitive market, while continuing to meet the expectations of the Membership through focusing on our strengths.
We would like to share with you, our Members, the most recent and exiting updates on the Community Project. We invite you to join us on next week for a Virtual Town Hall
ZOOM INSTRUCTIONS - To attend the Zoom Town Hall meeting on Thursday August 17th at 4:30pm, simply use your smartphone or tablet by downloading the Zoom App. Alternatively you can use your computer by going to www.zoom.us (where you may be prompted to download the app).
JOINING THE MEETING - Use the link below to join the meeting, but please be sure to ensure your DISPLAY NAME clearly illustrates your FIRST AND LAST NAME so that we can verify you against the Club’s Member list before admitting you to the meeting.
WAITING ROOM - Once you join the meeting, participants will be in a “waiting room” until granted access by the Host.
ASKING QUESTIONS - In order to manage the meeting in Zoom, all participants will be muted by the Host. To ask a question during the meeting while on Zoom, please send a “Chat” to the Host, who will share your question with the Board of Director’s at the appropriate time.
