Summer at Caledon

Summer Activities at Caledon Ski Club

There is lots to do this summer at the Club. Mountain Biking, Disc Golf, and more. Before arriving, please fill out your Summer Waiver.

Each Adult Member (18 years & older) must complete their own waiver, using their own, unique email address – you CANNOT complete a waiver for another adult. 17 years & younger – to be completed by an Adult Member Parent/Guardian for each child under their membership.

At the bottom of the waiver you will be prompted to select who will be participating (Adult) or (Minor). Each Adult will need to complete their own waiver first. Then Parents/Guardians can completed one waiver for multiple children on one waiver.

**Please note, that the Summer Waiver is different from the Winter Waiver you previously signed** A new waiver needs to be signed for each Member of your family if you are planning on using the Club during the off-season.

You can pick up your summer sticker from the West Office Monday (except May 23) – Thursday from 9am – 4pm. Or contact us at admin@caledonskiclub.on.ca for additional arrangements. Please wear your validated badge and summer sticker when visiting the Club.

If you require a sticker, please email admin@caledonskiclub.on.ca and we can have it ready for pick-up or mailing with your summer activity sticker.

The Club’s West Lodge Office is staffed Monday to Thursday from 9am to 4pm.

There is a portable washroom set-up in the upper parking lot at the Main Lodge.

Mountain Biking
If you didn’t know, each summer the OPS team cuts a course from the Main, around the West, and back. This year the path has been remarked and expanded around Kandahar and the East Hills.

Members can park at the Main Lodge and bike in a one-way circuit of the Club. Biking is currently available only to Members of the Club.

Before coming, please read through the full list of rules. A copy is posted at the starting of the Trail, at https://caledonskiclub.com/bikingrules and listed below. A new and updated Trail Map is also available here.

Disc Golf
Caledon Ski Club had a professionally designed course (Thank you Innova!) added for our Members which is 9-holes and begins at the top of the East Hills. There are two sets of tees so you can play a full 18 holes by going through the course twice. The Red Tees are shorter and are great for beginners while the Blue Tees are for a longer and a more challenging game. You can find more information about our course, a printable map and a score card at: https://caledonskiclub.com/disc-golf

Hiking
Caledon Ski Club has over 8km of hiking trails for you to explore. Park at the upper main and explore the Club all summer long. More information can be found here: https://caledonskiclub.com/snow-shoe-trails

Fishing
Did you know Caledon has 3 ponds that are ready for fishing? Catch and release only for our Members. Please read the rules and extra information linked here before visiting. https://caledonskiclub.com/fishing
